Our steaks are from all natural beef and local farms. They are Dry Aged a minimum of 21 Days, and custom cut for us by the Chop Shop Butchery. A local delicacy found only at Bone & Broth

Our beef and pork comes from regional farms and is butchered right next door at the Chop Shop Butchery. All of our bread is baked by our neighbors at City Bakery.
